Fully-equipped holiday villa in Denia. 'Home-from-home' accommodation. Lovely pool and gardens. Short stroll to shops, restaurants, bars and lovely beach.
We believe we're offering our guests 'home-from-home' at Oasis and include bed linen and bathroom towels for all our visitors. Both inside and out we've tried to think of everything you may possibly require from your holiday villa in Denia.......
Inside the villa
The lovely semi-circular lounge is full of Spanish character and has leather suite, TV/Sat/DVD/HiFi. Winter lets can have log fires.
The modern kitchen with its own breakfast bar is fully equipped, including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob/oven/microwave and there is a washing machine.
Adjoining the lounge is a separate conservatory with sofa and table/chairs, perfect for relaxation and dining in cooler months.
All accommodation is on one level with cool white tiled flooring. There is central heating, air con and fans.
The three bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes, bedsides and shuttered windows with insect screens. Two have small hidden safes. There are two double bedrooms and one is a twin.
The modern bathrooms both contain freestanding enclosed showers; one also has double sink, bath and bidet.
We include iron/board, hairdryer, board games and books for our guests' use. High chair, cot and push chair can be provided by advanced request.
Outside facilities, terraces and things we provide
The villa's outside covered terrace (naya) with its lovely views offers peace, privacy and shade for dining and relaxation.
For lounging in the sun, there are terraces both by the pool and to the sunny south side of the villa, and there are two lovely large lawned areas complete with palm trees. We provide sunbeds, cushions, parasol, and there are always some pool/beach toys to be found in the pool room.
The pool is of really good size and depth compared to most other 3 bed villas, and is cleaned professionally on a regular basis. Next to the pool by the well there is an enclosed outside shower.
The built-in BBQ area has its own chimney, stone/marble table and seats.
Another dining option is presented on the rooftop terrace, where there is another table/chairs, or relax there in the sun in complete privacy. In the evening it is perfect up here for that early evening cocktail & sunsets from here can be spectacular.
There is night lighting to the pool and palms to create a tropical ambiance for evening dining and swimming.
Families with small children will love the security of the property's enclosed walled gardens around the villa. We have a pushchair buggy which we can loan our guests by advanced request.
There is unrestricted parking outside.
Suitability
The villa is perfectly suitable for children and elderly or infirm. We do not accept pets. Long-term renters are welcome by special arrangement.
