Exceptionally located villa in a peaceful private avenue set just a stroll from Denia's wonderful long sandy beaches, many quality restaurants/bars and supermarket. Watersports, diving, tennis and golf courses are all nearby.
The villa's tropical gardens have 2 lawned areas and are dotted with palm trees, cacti/succulents, jasmine and bougainvillea which bloom in blazes of colour.
The pool has a special setting, with steps into the shallow end and considerable depth at the other. The very attractive covered naya terrace is complete with large rattan chairs and table for dining.
The various terraces have sun loungers, tables, chairs and seating around the pool and gardens, including a roof terrace with fantastic views across the whole area, perfect for that early evening sunset cocktail. All terraces have great views of the Montgo mountain that rises in the background.
